How does holiday home management with The Curated Collection actually work?
We handle it end to end — listing creation across our Curated Collection website as well as Airbnb and Stayz, professional photography, styling advice, pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and check-in support. You get updates and payouts; we handle the day-to-day.
What fees do you charge?
A flat 18% + GST of the nightly rate. That’s it.
Which platforms will my property be listed on?
The Curated Collection website, Airbnb and Stayz.
How do you screen guests?
Every effort is made to get as much information from the guest, about themselves and their guests, prior to accepting the booking request. ID is requested, and review history checked.
What do I need for STRA (short-term rental) compliance?
Every Northern Beaches short-term rental needs to be registered under the NSW STRA scheme, with a valid Property ID and fire safety compliance. We can talk you through exactly what’s needed for your property and assist you where required.
Can I still use my own property when I want to?
Yes — you set the availability, we work around it.
How do you set pricing for my property?
We adjust rates dynamically based on season, local events, and demand, so you’re not leaving money on the table during peak weekends or sitting empty in the shoulder season.
