Northern Beaches

Sydney’s Northern Beaches isn’t one place — it’s a string of very different beachside villages, each with its own personality, tucked along a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and Pittwater. We manage holiday homes across the northern stretch of it: Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon, Bilgola, Clareville, Newport and Bungan, all within about a twenty-minute drive of each other, and each worth knowing for different reasons.

This is the part of Sydney where the city properly falls away — national park on one side, open ocean on the other, and enough space between suburbs that you notice the quiet. Locals surf before work, walk the headland tracks instead of driving, and treat a good coffee and a decent bakery as genuinely non-negotiable. It’s understated rather than flashy, even in the pockets where the real estate isn’t.

We’ve spent years getting to know these streets, these beaches, and the small differences between them — which is exactly why our collection spans so many of them, rather than sitting in just one.
