Avalon Beach Holiday Homes
Avalon has the most village energy of any Northern Beaches suburb — Old Barrenjoey Road is lined with independent cafes, a proper local bakery, and enough surf shops to make it clear where the priorities sit. It’s a genuine surf town: the beach itself is wide and reliable, patrolled by one of the busiest surf clubs on the coast, and mornings here start early with boards under arms rather than briefcases.
Dunbar Park sits just back from the beach and hosts everything from local markets to weekend sport. Bilgola Bends, the famous winding descent that leads south out of Avalon, is as much a local landmark as the beach itself. Barefoot, community-minded, and a little unpolished in the best way — Avalon is where the Northern Beaches feels most like itself.
