Palm Beach Holiday Homes
Palm Beach sits right at the tip of the peninsula, with ocean on one side and Pittwater on the other — part of what makes it feel different from everywhere else on the Northern Beaches. Walk to the end of the beach and you’ll hit the Barrenjoey Headland track, a steady climb up to the lighthouse with views back over the whole coastline. Locals catch the ferry across to Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park for a quieter beach day, or just linger at the wharf watching the boats come in.
It’s the most storied of the Northern Beaches suburbs — the setting for Summer Bay, home to some of Sydney’s most private waterfront addresses — but it hasn’t lost its village feel. Small general store, long-standing local families, a genuine sense of unhurried luxury rather than anything showy.
