Before there was a “Curated Collection,” there was just Jacqui — managing homes personally, one at a time, under the name Home Hostess, est 2017. That’s still how we think about the work today, even with more properties and more owners trusting us with them: hands-on and personal.
We’re hospitality people first, property managers second. That means we think as much about how a guest feels walking through the door as we do about how well a home performs for the owner who trusts us with it — because in our experience, the two are never really separate. Good guest experiences are what keep owners’ calendars full; owners who feel genuinely looked after are what make a home worth staying in.
Today, The Curated Collection is proudly all-female owned and operated, caring for a considered portfolio of homes across Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon, Bilgola, Clareville and Newport. Every property is chosen and managed personally — never a set-and-forget listing.
